Sore Loserman
While it's true that Joe Lieberman was not a favorite of mine when he was the VP candidate, I really did not have a dog in that fight (as the expression goes), that is, the Connecticut primary race. After all, I live in Santorumville (a/k/a Pennsylvania), so I have my own priorities -- ensuring that Rick gets to spend more time with his family in Virginia after the fall election.
In the aftermath of his losing the primary, the only comment that I have is that I can't believe Lieberman has the temerity to chastise Democrats for "partisan politics." Lieberman has never taken the opposition party (the party with the "Uniter not the Divider") to task for making partisan politics a way of life in DC since they've been in power. In fact, I have lost whatever respect I had for him, since he is refusing to accept his defeat gracefully and support the Democratic Party. I think it is telling that the only people who seem to be behind his decision to run as an independent are Republicans -- who want to use him to divide the Democrats in the fall election.
In any event, the point of this post is to touch on the humorous aspect of it all. Jon Stewart and the Daily Show's report on Lieberman's loss is priceless, including Samantha Bee's segment on the race. As Crooks & Liars noted, she created some very nice "Joe" words, but the best by far was "joeicide." See the video: "Joeicide".

UPDATE: See also: Lewis Black on Lieberman . . . The Daily Show's Lewis Black also does a great skit on Lieberman (albeit the night before the primary race), calling him "Connecticut's most circumcised Senator."

But on the other hand, in the midst of the chaos, you find normal people. You find people who are willing to risk their lives to tell you what they saw, even though they have no dog in the fight. -- John Pomfret
