In PA-13, which straddles Northeast Philly and Montgomery County, U.S. Rep. Allyson Schwartz faces the unitentionally hilarious Raj Bhakta.
It's a variation on "See Raj Run" -- it's "See Raj Ride."
As Wonkette put it:
The only explanation is that election day is a black hole and the closer we get to the event horizon the more ridiculous events become.
